You may starting asking for some bread with your oil, rather than oil with your bread. Our oils are all 100% certified organic and extra virgin. As with everything we do, our bees are at the heart of our endeavors and our olive trees provide good forage for them.

That is, the trees themselves are pollinated by wind (so they have a low protein content and incomplete amino acid profile for bee pollination), but their canopies create a lush environment for flowering natives that provide ample nectar for our bees.
